Hello! We're Devora and Lauren. After 12 years of friendship, we decided to turn it into a partnership. Combining Lauren's aesthetic expertise and Devora's business acumen, we are now proud owners of Blush N Beauty Medspa.
Devora is married to Ariel and has three loving children. They enjoy traveling, trying new foods, and spending time with friends and family. With a background in fashion merchandising, Devora is excited to combine her business expertise with her passion for beauty and service.
Lauren is married to Phillip and has three beautiful children: two who love playing baseball and a loving baby girl. They enjoy trying new restaurants and hanging out with family & friends in their free time. Lauren is passionate about all things beauty and skin-related and hosts a podcast with Dermascope Magazine, releasing new monthly episodes covering various skin care topics.

LAUREN FARMER, LE
Owner, Master Aesthetician, Injector
I began my career after graduating Ogle Beauty School in Hurst, TX. I have worked in the skin care industry for over 16 years; after graduating in 2007, I began my career in a Day Spa, gaining knowledge in facial and body treatments. After a few years of doing aesthetics, I became a sales consultant for a Med Spa in Dallas, TX, learning various skin treatments and how to heal and protect the future of the skin. I love learning and persistently continue with education courses on industry advancements in skin care technology.
My goals are to educate my clients on how to look and feel their best by establishing optimal health habits, and to provide them the best skin services. I believe in the power of touch and the healing effects it can have on one’s life.
As a working owner of Blush N Beauty Medspa I listen to every client’s special needs and customize each treatment based on their individual achievement target. I specialize in Plasma Fibroblast Skin Tightening, Injections, Galvanic & Microcurrent Facials, Full Body Waxing, Microneedling, Dermaplaning, Chemical Peels, Microdermabrasion, Body Contouring and Lash Lifts.
Rose Partain
Licensed Medical Aesthetician, Laser Technician
I have a medical background in pediatrics and plastic surgery. My journey into aesthetics was inspired by my daughter’s battle with acne, driving me to deeply understand skin conditions, types, and methods to address compromised skin barriers. In a culture that often sets unrealistic beauty standards, I am passionate about helping clients discover their innate beauty.
My goal is to empower individuals by alleviating skin insecurities and fostering confidence. I take pride in cultivating enduring relationships with clients through education on skin health and personalized care. Outside of work, I am dedicated to ongoing education, specializing in acne treatment using medical-grade products and advanced therapies for optimal results.
I am committed to customizing treatment plans tailored to meet individual client needs, whether addressing acne concerns or anti-aging regimens. Born and raised in Texas, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, attending live music events, and embarking on weekend getaways.

I have been practicing my craft in esthetics for 12 years. My skincare career began at the Aveda Institute in 2012. My passion for making people look and feel their best in their skin. I am constantly engaging in ongoing education to further my knowledge and enterprise in the esthetics industry.
I specialize in overall skin health, results driven skincare treatments with a customized and personalized approach. Some of my specialties is Hydrafacials, dermaplaning, chemical peels, anti-aging, Microneedling and so much more!
KRYSTAL CAMPOS
Licensed Massage Therapist
Krystal Campos is a Licensed Massage Therapist in good standing with the state of Texas. She graduated from Massage Institute of North Texas.
Krystal loves to help people become the best version of themselves by using a wide variety of Swedish and deep tissue techniques, including myofascial and trigger point release. She is looking forward to furthering her education by taking more courses specializing in different techniques and applying them during treatments.
Outside of being an LMT, you can find Krystal spending time with her family.

With over 18 years of experience, Darci West is a licensed massage therapist who specializes in lymphatic drainage, prenatal/postnatal care, craniosacral therapy, scar tissue release, oncology massage, deep tissue, and sports injury recovery, to name a few.
Her sessions are tailored with advanced techniques and compassion to help clients recover, heal, and feel confident-whether after surgery, during pregnancy, or while managing chronic pain. In addition to her hands-on care, she is also a dedicated educator currently completing her Doctorate of Education in Health Sciences.
